"I’ve had a really positive experience with Sandy at State Farm car insurance. What stood out the most was how helpful Sandy was at explaining coverage options. Also, to my Spanish-speaking girlfriend. She took the time to break everything down clearly so she could fully understand what each level of insurance meant, which made a big difference for us. One thing I didn’t even realize existed before was the medical coverage available through an auto policy. They explained options like Medical Payments Coverage (MedPay) and Personal Injury Protection (PIP), which can help cover hospital visits and medical expenses after an accident, regardless of who is at fault. This was especially important for us, because it provided a level of protection we didn’t know we needed. Overall, the customer service was patient, informative, and genuinely helpful. Sandy made sure we understood our options and felt confident in our coverage. I’d definitely recommend State Farm to anyone looking for an insurance company that takes the time to educate and support their customers. Thanks again Sandy"
